Q.  How much does it cost?
A.  The truck and driver service is completely FREE of charge to all new customers (we even pay for the Gas!)

Q.  Who is eligible for this service?
A.  This service is available to new customers within two weeks of registration.  There is no minimum-stay required.

Q.  How far away will this service apply?
A.  We will travel anywhere in Westchester County.

Q.  What else is provided with the truck?
A.  You may use the blankets, tie downs, dolly and hand truck that are in the truck.

Q.  How do I book?
A.  First call us to speak directly to a Mini Storage Center representative.  We will assist you in determining an approximate size for your belongings.  Once the size is determined, stop by our facility to take a tour and find the right unit for you.  Fill out the necessary paperwork, and reserve a date and time for the truck and driver to meet you at your home or business.

Q.  Is there a time limit on using the truck and driver?
A.  Yes, there is a 2 hour time limit to load the truck and get it back to our loading dock.  This 2 hour time period does not include unloading the truck at our facility, simply from time of arrival at the designated pick-up point till the truck arrives back at Mini Storage Center.

Q.  What if I go over the 2 hour time limit?
A.  You will be responsible for paying $15.00 per 1/2 hour for time used beyond the free 2 hours.
